What counts as a dental emergency?
If you have severe pain, bleeding that won't stop, a knocked-out tooth, or severe swelling in your jaw/face, this is an emergency. Call us immediately. Minor chips without pain can usually wait a day or two but should still be seen soon.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes. We set aside specific time slots every day for emergencies. We do our very best to see urgent cases the same day you call.
What if I have an emergency after hours?
Please call our office line. If we are closed, our voicemail will provide instructions on how to reach our on-call dentist or direct you to the nearest emergency facility if it is a medical crisis. If you have difficulty breathing, severe facial swelling, or a medical emergency, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
Can you bill my insurance directly?
In many cases, yes — we work with most plans and can offer direct billing when available.
I'm terrified of the pain. Do you use sedation?
We use effective local anesthesia and can discuss comfort options, including sedation when appropriate.
